The incident started in McCreeTown. There were shots fired. The St Louis City Police responded. More shots were fired at the police officers as they approached the SUV. The SUV sped off. The cops followed but not quite as fast. It was stated that the speed of the SUV reached up to 120 miles an hour. The cops were six, seven, or maybe even eight blocks behind when the SUV crashed into a car. The wreck caused the death of one innocent victim and tragic injury to another.
Earlier in the week there were shots fired in this same neighborhood; McCree Town. The victims that were shot at told the police that they new the shooters but they wouldn't give the police their names. More than likely, as it is too far-fetched to be a coincidence, the shooters earlier this week are the same ones in last night's wreck on Park and Ohio.
Who is at fault here?
1. The McCree Town residents who were shot at earlier this week as they wouldn't give the police the names of the shooters?
2. The shooter of last night's wreck who not only shot at the police but fled the scene and then wrecked into innocent victims in their car?
3. The St Louis City Police for not adhering to the "No Police Chase" policy.
4. The innocent victims sitting in their car at the wrong place and time?
I feel the shooter of last night's wreck is at fault for the tragic death of Sadie Perkins. The police have a very hard job as it is "babysitting" thugs like this. I am truly sorry and saddened by Sadie Perkins death. I hope that the thug gets everything coming to him such as LIFE IN PRISON!
He was driving his momma's car too! He not only ruined Sadie Perkins family's life, he ruined his life as well and his mother's life!
