Boy Scout Troop 423 is having another huge rummage sale on May 3rd, 2008 from 8:00AM to 4:00PM. We would encourage all thrill and bargain seekers to come and check it out!
However, this post serves two purposes. If you would like to donate to Boy Scout Troop 423 to help send some "financially challenged" kids to summer camp, or to help purchase basic equipment, and to help get stuff out of your home this is a great opportunity! We will come and pick your stuff up! Please, help support your local Troop by participating. Thanks!

If you have land it may be more valuable than you think. Dig around in it sometime. This guy found a head of an animal on his land. Yep it was dug up. It was a real big head. 40,000 years old they tell us. And it just sold at auction for $191K.
It is called Lone Star---and is the world's largest four-tusk mastodon skull. Found in North Texas, according to the Dallas Morning News.
as big as a Volkswagan--they say....maybe that's stretching it a little, but it is biiiggggg.
Even if you had $191K to put on it---what would you do with it?
My mantle is too small for it. And the corner of my bedroom is full of quilts and chairs. And my walk-in closet is so full I have to have a flashlight to go in there. My garage has so much in it I have to measure real good when I put the car in to not run over or upon something.
If I put it on the back porch when the grandkids come they will be a-riding it. And that's too expensive a thing to let them ride.
Well, I guess I'd have to donate it to my local library.
What would you do with it?

Disaster struck early this morning when large trees fell through barns and animal
shelters. I posted some of the pictures of the damage.

I think if you have a problem with a program find something else to do with your kids. Many people including me really enjoy alot of the programs on foxs. I hope it don't change. I know someone who records the shows, while they do stuff with the kids. Then they watch the shows while there kids are asleep. What you hear and see on tv is the same as when you take your kid somewhere. They hear people cussing, people arguing, so your kids are going to see or hear it anyways. I think foxs dose a good job with the programs they have on.

It is so sad to see what young people do nowadays. This young man from Wisconsin who had what seem like a promising future messed up his life in a minute :( And about this towns law enforcement selection well they obviously have to check people out a little better.
